Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:

  1. Return Policy: Once the product is sold it cannot be returned. We do not provide unconditional returns and refunds. However, In Special cases, if the error has been encountered due to negligence of our internal agents or the damaged goods are shipped from our side, we do consider the replacement only of the goods sold.
  2. Refunds: No refunds are provided for any order or for any logistics charges. As per the return policy, a refund is not applicable, if applicable, will be processed in the form of a credit note, and only for the customers who have credit accounts with us, customers with one-time orders will not be entertained for refund and will be provided with the replacement of goods only after complete scrutiny and checking of goods that are demanded to be replaced.
